About this venue
Carbone Riviera brings Major Food Group's Italian cuisine to Bellagio Las Vegas on the Center Strip. The ultra Italian restaurant occupies the venue space previously home to the Picasso restaurant.
With a focus on seafood, the restaurant has an identity of an upscale coastal Italian program. Their signature dishes are raw crudos, shellfish-adorned pastas, and a dramatic tableside whole-fish presentation, alongside staples like spicy rigatoni vodka.
Carbone Riviera also has an extensive 1,400-bottle wine list, tailored especially for livelier dining. There is a mid-century elegance to the room, with original fine art pieces by Picasso, Renoir, and Miro. There is a view of the lake, and the Bellagio Fountains, as well as a rare Riva yacht docked outside.
